Staying Healthy During the Holidays

Here are some things we can all do to stay healthy during the upcoming holidays:

  • wash your hands often – or use hand sanitizer
  • drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
  • snack wisely
  • occasionally stay home and rest
  • prevent overeating – often much easier said than done
  • get outside and get some fresh air – walk around the neighborhood
